To execute our Enlightened IT program in your business, we must insist that your managers and end users comply with these policies:

1. Servers are just for hosting data and IT services and not to be used as a workstation by end users.
2. Access to IT infrastructure equipment must be restricted.
3. Managed computers and other assets are for business purposes only and only business purposes are supported.
4. Inappropriate or non business-related applications will be removed.
5. Contact Tech Guru first when contemplating changes, upgrades, downgrades or anything related to a device that buttons and/or lights.
6. Critical services used by multiple individuals must be on an Ethernet connection instead of wireless.
7. Data to be shared by multiple users must be stored on a server with a server operating system that can be backed-up.
8. Buy before build: IT services will be hosted or managed professionally when the value proposition meets our needs.
9. Do not give your password to anybody.
