Analysis
We perform a thorough IT analysis of your business, documenting
the entire network, computers, software, hardware, internet connection, and
peripherals.
Strategy
We run reports and analyze the information gathered in the analysis and
establish a baseline configuration and compare it to your current position.
Briefing
We meet a second time to go over the plan of action we’ve developed in
the form of a proposal and work with you to decide on the type of ongoing,
proactive support and maintenance that best fits your organization’s needs.
Launch
We adjust the proposal if necessary, sign a service agreement, receive
down payment. Then our team brings your network to the baseline
conditions necessary to implement an Enlightened IT program that covers
the health your entire IT infrastructure for a fixed monthly fee.
Maintenance
Once initial projects are completed, we remotely monitor your PCs/network
and provide standard software upgrades automatically. The goal is to
anticipate equipment problems before they occur. Tech Guru will provide
any needed on-site service and repairs, automatically replacing equipment
when it goes off warranty.
Continuous Improvement
We meet with key individuals on a regular basis to get feedback and to use
that feedback to improve our services to more closely align with your
business goals and objectives.
